Yale Lock as Standard

Every door is fitted as standard with the Yale cylinder has top credentials. This lock can also accommodate Lever/Pad handle mechanisms when required. This cylinder is anti-bump, anti-pick, anti-drill, anti-snap, anti-extraction and as an added selling point is trusted by many insurance companies.
Yale Multi-Lock

Every composite door is fitted a full Yale suite. Including an approved Multi-point locking system. The Three point locking systems are endorsed by the Master Locksmiths Association and built to satisfy the requirements of all leading insurance companies. Hardened steel hook bolts provide strength, low operational force and consistent door pressure. While the hook bolt spreads compression and prevents jimmy attacks.

Electronic Door Viewer

A further security option is an Electronic Door Viewer. This stores a photo of everyone who rings your doorbell. Providing extra peace of mind to the vulnerable and concerned.

An Innovation in Door Viewer Security

The Yale Electronic Door Viewer has a 2.4”screen and displays a wider live view of who is at the other side of the door.

Multiple Colour Choices

7 Colours – inc Black

Our composite doors come in seven colours; red, green, blue, white, light oak, black and now also dark oak.
The solid colours – red, green, blue, white and black – are pre-pigmented which means the colour is added during the manufacturing process. As the skins are applied, the colour goes on evenly.

The light oak finish is a hand-applied stained finish to give depth the woodgrain.

Finally all the doors have a high gloss, UV resistant film to give them a final sheen.

PVC Edge

PVC Edge Banded Doors

We’ve looked at every detail of composite doors. And edge banding is no different.

The edge of the composite door is finished using an ash grained PVC. Once the edge has been applied, it is then trimmed and the edges milled to a radius so there are no sharp corners.

GRP Finish

GRP Skin

Side panels use the same composite door frame for a perfect colour match. They are available glazed or with a matching composite infill panel.

Glazed panels are internally glazed and unless specified will automatically come with the same glass pattern as the main door, so if you ordered 3 Drop Diamond on Cotswold, the glass pattern in the side panel would be Cotswold. Glazed panels can also be fitted with the unique composite transom section.

Composite panels are a fixed size (484mm).

All side panels are fastened to the door using heavy duty 20mm aluminium coupling sections and then clad in PVC.

These can be glazed with any of the glass designs available for doors A-C.
